Came to mall for lunch. Day after new system was put in. Team was not trained good enough on system. Took 10 min to just figure out how to put order in. When we got our food. The fries were cold. I could’ve had it delivered to my work and had the same fries. I can to mall to have hot fries.

Great food and quick service.
Very great service Food was very good quality all around. They know how to prepare fries and amazing staff at all time provide excellent food service.
We ate there today the food was great but the service was terrible I asked for 3 bottles of 7up she told me they only had 7up in fountain drinks despite the fact I could see 7up bottle in the cooler when I asked about them she got mad it was a very weird experience

Customer service was worst, they were extremely rude to their customers. They were ignoring on us. There were 3 indian womens on the counter and started arguing with us.
