We were disappointed to find that the supper buffet had been discontinued, as it was something we really enjoyed here. We decided to order MyBox meals instead and ordered two with the exact same toppings. When the wings of my family member's order were brought out, I was told that mine would be right out.

After my family member’s pizza had already arrived, I mentioned to another staff member (not our waitress) that my wings still hadn’t come. That prompted our server—who had not checked on us until that point—to explain that the kitchen thought my order was a duplicate since the orders were identical.

As a result, I ended up paying full price for a meal I didn’t really get to enjoy at the restaurant, since most of mine had to be taken to go so my family member didn’t have to wait for me to eat. I wasn’t expecting the meal to be free, but the situation was very disappointing.

We’ve always loved coming here, which makes this experience especially unfortunate, and it honestly has me debating whether we’ll return.

Took my family out & forced them to re-live my chilhood. Food was mediocre (a lil greasier than i remember) but the waitress made the night awesome the way she interacted with us and our kids. I think Trinity was her name. Will definitely give it another go next time there is a wheat kings game! 👍

One word. Buffet... wow did that bring me back!

Very bad service by only 1 employee, one of the worst customer service I experienced in my life. I don’t know her name, she is an Asian lady with glasses on, most probably she was the supervisor at that time, Tuesday dec 30, 7PM.
I tried their buffet before, it was good, always served good and warm pizza, today from 6.40-7.30 PM, they were not serving any pizza new pizzas, because there were only few people were having buffet. Before 7 pm they were serving cheese and pizzas without pork, after 7.15 I went to buffet twice to see if they were serving anymore cheese or any other pizzas, I just asked them if there are gonna serve anything without pork anymore, she said she is gonna bring a pizza for us at the table , we were really happy, because we thought they cared about it, when the lady with the glasses came to serve the pizza, she said they don’t do any customization, she was very rude when she was saying those things, then we asked if they do refill, if she is a supervisor she should know if they do refill, if they don’t they could easily refuse, she said she is gonna ask someone, but after she gave us refill, she started to say they don’t do customization, she was very rude again, after series of such behaviour, we went to talk to the someone in charge, found the same lady was in charge, after we told her about her behaviour, she said started saying customization again, then we told her we don’t never asked for customization, she said it’s almost end of buffet time that’s why they were serving, seriously 7.15PM!!! They advertised there buffet runs until 8PM, she started giving us excuses, she said they serve pizza with pork because white people like it, what kind of rubbish excuse is this, because we are brown Pizza Hut not gonna serve pizza for us!! They serve buffet for white ?
Then when she realized it’s her fault she offered us 20% discount, we didn’t accept her discount.
She was never sorry about her behaviour.
We are never gonna suggest anyone else to try this location. Bad service! Very disappointing! I want their general manager to contact me regarding this.

Well, the food was fine and the polices were understandable, however one specific employee that was in charge on the night of 30th around 7-8Pm was very rude very unprofessional, that’s not how you do customer service, we explained her very well, if there were any other options, we never asked her to provide a customized pizza when we were there for a buffet,she comes straight to our table and tells us at 7 20 that our buffet is getting closed whereas the buffet was till 8 PM and she kept on telling that she can’t provide a customized pizza next time on a buffet however we never asked for it, and also during checkout initially she offered 20% refund however we were explaining her the issue was the way she reacted , then she tells that actually “we are very busy get the payment done we have more work “ Like seriously?? This is how you do customer service, she wasn’t apologetic at all , i would highly prefer if someone more sensible can get back to me regarding this, cause this type of behaviour isn’t expected from a food chain thats operating for years and lastly she denied the 20% after offering it , which was again very silly and unprofessional,Thank you.

I ordered a Veggie Pan Pizza with 2 toppings, but what I received was unacceptable. The pizza had no proper crust, just a burnt base with cheese on it. It did not resemble a pan pizza at all. I have also attached a picture to clearly show the poor quality.

I ordered 5 pizzas through the app and earned 5 reward points, which I later used to redeem a free pizza. However, free pizza does not mean low quality or careless preparation. Customers should receive the same standard of food, regardless of whether it is paid or redeemed with points.

This experience was very disappointing and has affected my trust in Pizza Hut’s quality. I request you to look into this issue seriously and provide an appropriate resolution.

Pizza Hut buffet! I don’t know how to explain this without sounding… unhinged. You walk in, and it’s like okay, they get it! All the pizza you could possibly want! Cheese, pepperoni, sausage, more cheese, cheese on top of cheese. And the breadsticks ohhh, the breadsticks! Garlic butter, warm, soft, slightly evil in their deliciousness!

You know how you go to some places and you’re like, “This is fine”? Fine?! This is better than fine. You get a little of everything, you pile it on your plate, you sit down, and suddenly you’re eating like a king or a slightly gluttonous emperor, but who cares?! The salad? Sure, it’s salad. But the pizza! The pizza! You forget all your problems. Life is chaos, sure but at Pizza Hut, for those precious twenty minutes, everything makes sense.

And the best part? You don’t have to make a decision. You don’t have to commit to one flavor. You want all of them? Go ahead. That’s freedom! That’s… beautiful!

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my recent order. The dough on the pizza was undercooked and tasted raw, which made it quite unpleasant to eat. Additionally, the salad did not appear fresh—it looked more like leftovers than a freshly prepared dish. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the quality moving forward.

The manager who looked south asain was very nice and accommodating. I ordered meat lovers pizza instead of veggie lovers by accident. She fixed it for me really quickly. It made my day! Pizzas were served nica and hot!
