Delivery details said 6pm pizza was delivered before 5pm sent it back and again stated 6pm pizza was delivered at 6:30 pm..obviously they don't read instructions..it happened more than once. So pizza Hut i am done with you

I had their pizza yesterday, it made me sick right after it , greasy oily , got severe stomach aches, I don’t think the hygiene protocols followed . Place was way too dirty . Never having again 👎

The employees went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect. They asked me to make sure I was happy before I left so they could correct any shortcomings.
But my food was perfect. Hot, fresh, and extra sauce just like we had asked for 😍🥰

Absolutely terrible service by one employee, likely the supervisor , on Tuesday, Dec 30 around 7 PM. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From 6:40–7:30 PM, no fresh pizzas were served simply because there were few buffet customers. After 7 PM, only pork pizzas were available. When we politely asked if any non-pork pizza would be served, we were told one would be brought—only for the same supervisor to come later and rudely lecture us about “no customization,” which we never asked for. Her attitude was arrogant, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. When we tried to speak to the manager, surprise—it was her. She kept making excuses, claimed it was “almost buffet end time” (even though the buffet clearly runs until 8 PM), and made an inappropriate and ignorant comment about serving pork because “white people like it.” She never apologized for her behavior. Offering a 20% discount afterward does not excuse such disrespectful service, and we refused it.

Just picked up today and pizza was great but the cinnamon buns weren't even cooked and no icing on them:( so gross and so unfortunate being from out of town
