The manager lady was extremely rude to me. Avoid at all costs. There are far too many restaurants in this city that understand the basics of customer service — and this one clearly doesn’t.
Good wraps but found something extra in our Queso and chips…
Looks like possibly the butt of an onion..
Their adobo chicken and queso is unreal! Also love love love there is no extra charge for guac!
I ordered food for pickup and the bowl was not put together well. It was swimming it liquid and the meat was all hard and stuck in a clump. Not appetizing
This is a place we used to frequent very regularly over the past 10 years. As of the last few months, it has been super hit and miss for decent food. They used to weigh the foods and there was surving size consistency, now there are times that I barely get chicken. The last few times we have gone in the past month have just been disappointing. While the manager on, is always very friendly, the food is not great. The queso is super liquidy and more like soup, the chicken cold, the rice cold and everything looks like it's been sitting out for awhile. The portions are small, and Eben when I asked for a bit more queso, because I barely got any or it looked like that because it just poured through the rice. The food at best has been lackluster and definitely not worth the $60+ we paid to order for our family.
This is for both dine in and take out for the last 4 visits.
This place is the holey grail of affordable eats. Why doesn’t anyone talk about it anymore? It’s so affordable and super healthy. With free items if you download their app. It’s kind of like why not?
I had the rice bowl with pulled pork and enough veggies to feed a small army for three days. My only complaint was that the staff seemed to think the booths were their personal lounges, which was, well, rude..

This place has amazing food. The atmosphere could be more upscale than this i feel like for the price they are charging it's subway seat bench style.
This is my favourite food that they have here especially the nacho bowl and brisket is sooo good. but the prices are so unaffordable i don't come very often. If they were cheaper i would make it there more often. Last time i made the mistake of ordering a quesadilla to go and realized i just ordered over $20 meal like whoah for one person to go eats that's alot especially it's appearance when they slapped it upside the interior of the two boxes it wasn't fitting in. Just looked extra sloppy and unappealing however it tasted amazing. So I still love it will go back but there is room for improvement here. If it was a comfortable dining place I'd go here for dates. Sit have a meal maybe a wine with a nacho bowl. Then it would be fine for the prices.

Great food fast, good for dine in or take out. Total control of what goes in the meal, so it's a good place for picky eaters like me.

Had a great experience here, the portion size wasn't as big as Chipotle but still tasty.
