Wow! This place has such a positive vibe and fun themed music. The atmosphere feels authentic; happy, vibrant, and full of personality.
On top of that, the food is incredible. The sauces are perfectly balanced with salty, sour, and sweet notes. The menu has great variety- meat, fish, vegetables, and carbs- all prepared with fine-dining quality but served in a relaxed, down-to-earth way.
I’ve been here twice, and both times were absolutely worth the extra 20-minute drive off Highway 1 if you’re heading east or west.

I love Sabor. However, my boyfriend and I made a 7:30pm reso for valentine’s day. We arrived at 7:25 and were seated immediately. We proceeded to wait while watching a multitude of parties who came in after us being served. I understand being busy. However, it seems as though we were completely forgotten about. We ended up leaving after 30 minutes. Again, I love this restaurant. But it was an extremely disappointing experience. I think more servers would help.

Loved it! My SIL recommended we check out Sabor Latino while we are in Brandon for a hockey tournament, and she was so right! Flautas, empanadas, baleadas, all great! Beautiful pottery too.
