This was my first visit to Shady Lane Tea Room, and it was a very nice experience. Between the very friendly staff and the personable decor, it reminded me highly of the small town restaurant. It's a short trip outside of town which is nice, as the country scenery is a refreshing break from the sights and sounds of the city. Would certainly go again.

Shady Lane catered our wedding in September, 2022 and they did an amazing job! Diane gave us so many delicious options for our menu, and at an affordable price. We also enjoyed the tasting dinner as it gave us a chance to try a couple different meal options out. She was always willing to answer any questions we had or edit the menu as needed. So many of our guests still ask me what was in the "white sauce" that was on the chicken ?Thank you Diane and the Shady Lane staff!
