This was my first visit to Shady Lane Tea Room, and it was a very nice experience. Between the very friendly staff and the personable decor, it reminded me highly of the small town restaurant. It's a short trip outside of town which is nice, as the country scenery is a refreshing break from the sights and sounds of the city. Would certainly go again.
Lovely cosy tea room with good home cooked meals & take out. Also, has antiques; crafts for sale. In another building is a Doll Museum; another place for catering funerals, weddings,etc

Indoor and outdoor venues and they go above and beyond to make your event a success. This is an excellent location, just outside of Brandon, and ideal for weddings, funerals, reunions or birthday parties. Great food and they think of all the details.
