I just wanted to say a huge thank you to this Smitty's location specifically........... our office had done a Skipthedishes order from here for 5 breakfasts and when it came it was missing one side of hashbrowns. I called the restaurant directly and the woman (Kim I think) who took the call IMMEDIATELY volunteered to personally deliver the missing item to our doorstep.

That is top quality service!! 11/10 will order from again.

It has been a long time since we went to Brandon Shoppers Mall Smitty's. We both ordered Eggs Benedict with the breakfast poutine / shredded potatoes. IT WAS FABULOUS & COOKED PERFECTLY TO WHAT WE ORDERED!! The meal was reasonably priced, service was wonderful and such a nice change from just edible and mediocre. We will be back!

Service in the lounge was prompt, friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to the next visit and the many visits to come. Never had any food except “barley sandwiches” and they tasted delightful with a hint of pickle. ;)
