“This morning around 6:00 AM, I visited the Starbucks drive-through and had a wonderful experience. I am currently a little sick and had almost lost my voice, so it was difficult for me to speak clearly while placing my order.

The employee who took my order could not hear me well, but instead of responding impatiently or asking repeatedly, she politely repeated what she understood and allowed me to gently clarify the rest. She remained calm, respectful, and very patient throughout the interaction.

I truly appreciated her professionalism, kindness, and understanding. It made my morning much better, and I felt respected as a customer. This is exactly the kind of service that shows why Starbucks stands out.
