Today around 10:45 a.m. I visited this Starbucks while waiting for the snowstorm to calm before work. I was on a normal-volume video call with my parents when a staff member raised her hand at me and told me to lower my voice. This felt rude, dismissive, and unnecessary. I was polite and patient waiting to order, so this was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. I hope staff communication improves.

7$ for an average tasting coffee??? I got peer pressured into trying it. Never again. And asking for a tip? At a drivethru? Thats tacky and desperate sounding. The staff were friendly and polite though, i will be honest. I guess i don’t get it. I’ll stick to mcoffees and timmys i guess

This morning around 6:00 AM, I visited the Starbucks drive-through and had a wonderful experience. I am currently a little sick and had almost lost my voice, so it was difficult for me to speak clearly while placing my order.

The employee who took my order could not hear me well, but instead of responding impatiently or asking repeatedly, she politely repeated what she understood and allowed me to gently clarify the rest. She remained calm, respectful, and very patient throughout the interaction.

I truly appreciated her professionalism, kindness, and understanding. It made my morning much better, and I felt respected as a customer. This is exactly the kind of service that shows why Starbucks stands out.

Thank you to the Starbucks team for treating customers with such care, politeness, and respect. ☕️🙏

Stay away from this place. The staff is friendly but the service is so slow it’s embarrassing. After 25 min wait for a London fog I left. Drive thru seemed to be a bigger priority. Be better. You charge a premium price - deliver premium service. So bad, I walked out - left my tea and $6 behind. Terrible Starbucks / you should be ashamed to be doing business.

I ordered matcha protein and they made it without foam, although I always order with foam. When I came to the checkout, they told me that I ordered it and they didn't even suggest anything to add or change it.

Thé staff is so friendly, especially izzy they bring joy to each moment and is definitely a big reason that I come in! The rest of the staff always seem to be in a great mood! Absolutely recommend going in just because of the staff!

Got a Large Chocolate cold brew, it didn't taste like chocolate or coffee because it was filled with ice, got a 7$ cup of brown water! This place has fallen off completely with its quality control, employees and managers clearly don't care about the recent flood of bad reviews. Go to H Coffee instead!
