I had to wait 40 minutes for 1 drink inside. Only 4 staff members on a Saturday, you need to hire. I had somewhere to be and had to ask the poor employee to refund me, and thankfully she rushed my drink. Don’t overbear your staff.
I never post a bad review but for them it’s just needed.
The service there is so so slow u might just have to wait 30–45 minutes for a single drink
And. The stafff doesn’t even know how to talk with the customer.
Food was fine, and no complaints about the time, I get that they're busy but some of the employees are just not it. One of the ppl, she's tall and maybe blonde? I think her name is Paige, she does absolutely nothing to help others and consistently leaves her messes out. I jist think that when its evident that others are stressed, and you're already worried about wait times that seeing someone standing there doing nothing doesn't really build alot of confidence in the service.
We stopped at Starbucks on our way out of Brandon and had one of the best drive thru experiences ever. And like, we’re white trash 20 somethings so like that’s really saying something. Izzy wonderfully broke their customer service character with quick wit sass that had us laughing all the way home. They were real and genuine, and there’s nothing I appreciate more.

Longest wait I've ever had at any starbucks. 25 minutes plus for 2 drinks. Ordered 2 and he only chsnrged me for one. 15 min later only recieved one drink. Had to reorder and pay for another one. I asked if they would make it right away cuz it took 15 min to get the first one. Another 10 min later..... I had the 2nd drink. Online orders take priority. And ppl who are physically there have to wait for their drinks. Beyond rediculous!
Just paid $5 for one tea bag and about 30z of water. When I ask for a tall earl grey tea in a grade cup it is because I don’t need two tea bags and want more water. Apparently that is too hard to figure out. Going in the store is depressing. Zero ambiance. Dirty. Extremely slow. We’re done with this company.
Absolutely love going here!! Izzy is the absolute best and makes an effort to always put a smile on my face!!

Unfortunately I would NOT recommend this location to ANYONE! It was time consuming, not friendly, and worst of all filthy!
There were sprayed drinks and ingredients all over the counter fronts and equipment in the drink stations, along with splatter over their cold tea dispensers.
Sticky messes were all over the drink pick up counter, evidence that it had not been wiped in some time.
Cookie cumb topping, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, and freeze dried fruit crumbs were all over the works place counters. Also, there were spilled drinks on the work station counters along with ice on the counters and floor. The sink was filthy and clearly had not been rinsed out or wiped in some time.
I saw two partially used open jugs of milk left on counters, along with two other drink concentrate containers that were open.
The hand-held steaming machine for frothing milk was coated with layers of dairy and reused multiple times without being washed off properly. (If someone has a dairy allergy, my advice would be to stay clear of this place because I can't see how everything wouldn't be contaminated.)
I understandthey were busy but I waited over 20 mins to order and get drinks with no apologies or thanks from staff. Additionally, a person known to the staff ordered behind me and several others and they got their drinks before me and 6 other people and they loudly thanked the staff by name, for getting their drinks (It appeared to be preferential service.)
I think someone higher up should be evaluating this location because something isn't right here with quality control, protocols, and cleanliness. I don't think I will be going back to this location because I left feeling not appreciated as a customer and honestly grossed out.
I wish I had my.phone to take photos of the mess, but I didn't. Note: this was today (Dec 30 approx. 4:15pm)
It’s my worst experience this time on drive thru. The person named Izzy doesn’t know how to behave with customers. That was too rude.
