I sat inside the store and waited for my drink for over 25 minutes- while people who ordered after me, drive thru, and mobile orders all were given before I received mine. I ordered an iced pumpkin chai latte, nothing else, and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes while busy. Will not be returning to this location again.

Normally I am a huge Starbucks fan. But considering I’m locked out before 8pm. Drive thru closed and door locked at 7:53 and online says they close at 9pm. No one a head to put a sign on the door? Considering it’s one of the busiest places in town , I think the staff tonight could have done more assuming they were supposed to be open till 8pm. Not impressed.

Lady named Karen truly had no idea what was going on. Giving mixed instructions and freaking out. I'm confused why this location always seems short-staffed, a lot of negative reviews are about wait times which should be solveable with a proper amount of workers. My baristas were great! Especially Ashley and Liberty, they were very kind and respectful.

Stale banana bread and really dirty washroom with a non-functioning hand dryer. The woman taking orders was great; having to listen to the guy training the new guy shouting out his non-stop instructions and babble was irritating and intrusive. I would give this location a miss.

Terrible service, I had to wait while the staff were discussing something personal very loudly. And I don't understand why they ask for the name, and then write only the first letter of the name and loudly search for the person by the first letter of the name. At the checkout, I said my name very loudly and spelled it out.
