Stay away from this place. The staff is friendly but the service is so slow it’s embarrassing. After 25 min wait for a London fog I left. Drive thru seemed to be a bigger priority. Be better. You charge a premium price - deliver premium service. So bad, I walked out - left my tea and $6 behind. Terrible Starbucks / you should be ashamed to be doing business.

I ordered matcha protein and they made it without foam, although I always order with foam. When I came to the checkout, they told me that I ordered it and they didn't even suggest anything to add or change it.

Got a Large Chocolate cold brew, it didn't taste like chocolate or coffee because it was filled with ice, got a 7$ cup of brown water! This place has fallen off completely with its quality control, employees and managers clearly don't care about the recent flood of bad reviews. Go to H Coffee instead!
I’d avoid this location, stopped on way to Calgary and took forever for an order to come out. 3 items came at different times. When asked where my other items are, got a rude response from the guy working there “I’m not here to handle everything”

Pretty sure this is the worst Starbucks in Manitoba. Always understaffed, often when we come through here on our way to or from Sask we make the detour and are more often disappointed. Today we waited in line for 25 minutes in the drive through and they messed up our order. We didn't want to go through and wait another 20.
We are stopping at MJs coffee shop in Virden from now on. Stopped there today and they were terrific.

I ordered a venti white ice mocha with cold foam. Caramel drizzle and cookie crumble. Waited over 20 minutes for my one drink while my family got their drinks before me and waited 10 minutes just for me to get out. Oh. And get this. No cookie or caramel. Save your money. Go to Tim’s

Got a cinnamon dolce (grande) this a.m. around 6:25 and it was not filled. It was a few inches from the top even with the whipped cream on it. The drinks are not cheap and only getting one 3/4 full is not ok. Not the first time. Unfortunately didn't have time to return as I was already on highway when we opened it and noticed.
