We stopped at Starbucks on our way out of Brandon and had one of the best drive thru experiences ever. And like, we’re white trash 20 somethings so like that’s really saying something. Izzy wonderfully broke their customer service character with quick wit sass that had us laughing all the way home. They were real and genuine, and there’s nothing I appreciate more.
I love Starbucks employees very polite and friendly but today November 29,2024 a man served by drive through @6:30 was very rude and ignorant. I suggest him llearn from your co-workers how they are good server.
I made an online order today and messed up by putting regular vanilla syrup in the latte. I couldn't figure out how to cancel the order on the app so had to call the store. They had already made the drink and I can't drink too much sugar because of health reasons so I was gonna have to oder a different coffee since I couldn't drink it. I was telling my friend this while I was on the phone and I think the lady who was on the phone heard since she offered to remake...
