Once again, had a poor experience eating here, the food is fine, and so is the atmosphere, but this old dude at the counter has been consistently rude to both me and my friend nearly every single time we’ve eaten here, the both of us have even turned away seeing he’s been the one working that day, and honestly it isn’t worth it if this dude is here. It’s been consistent enough that I remember the dude that works here, and if you eat here, you’ll recognize him too. He is rude, arrogant, and some other things I won’t say, and it’s honestly such an easy way to ruin what would’ve been a great experience

This is the second time I have had a very disappointing experience at your Subway location, and unfortunately, it was with the same staff member. The older man who served me was rude, impatient, and unprofessional.
He was not listening to my order properly and made my food incorrectly. His behavior was rude and dismissive toward me, yet he changed his attitude immediately when serving the next customer. This made me feel singled out and disrespected.
I also noticed that many other customers have left similar bad reviews, so clearly this is not just my experience. The owner really needs to take action, because service like this drives people away from coming back.

Hiii this is the second time I had a really worst experience who was serving me that old guy .he is arrogant and resist .and it’s happen with me second time and both time he was serving me .he was not listening me properly and making wrong food and even he is not even changing his gloves . He looks very fustrate and very rude to customer and the worst things was that I m in line and he is very rude to me and I feel resist and suddenly he change his behaviour with the customer who is next to me so obviously it’s looks resist . And now I feel that I never go to that place because of that arrogant rude and resist old guy .😡

Address your customers when they walk in. Why am I standing at your counter for 5 minutes, your employee working on something else and not even looking up to say hello? There's nobody in the restaurant.

An associate working on May 19th at around 3:00pm made the worst sub. He was in so much rush that even he did not know what he was doing. He broke the whole sub in small pieces

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience. The staff member who served me was an older short man with long hair, and he appeared visibly irritated while preparing sandwiches. To my concern, he did not change his gloves after making multiple sandwiches and proceeded to handle mine with gloves that were soaked in sauces and sweat, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, he was not wearing a hairnet, which raised hygiene concerns with his long hair potentially coming into contact with the food.

To make matters worse, my sandwich was left in the toaster for too long and became stale. When I brought this to his attention, he initially refused to acknowledge the issue, insisting it was fine until I insisted he toast it properly for the right amount of time. Furthermore, I received only half the expected portion of meat, and I had to ask four times for a reasonable amount of spinach to be added.

When I returned to address the sandwich issue, he transferred the meat and sauces from my previous sandwich to the new one using his already sauced and wet gloves, which he had not changed since handling the cash register. This lack of hygiene and basic customer service was quite unacceptable.

It’s crucial for this guy to be educated about food safety and proper etiquette. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I sincerely hope management takes steps to improve this situation. It shouldn't be difficult to prepare a decent sandwich and have basic manners towards customers.
