This is the poorest subway I have ever been in. Very sparing with the fillings. Could barely understand English or speaking it. Will never go there again.

1 worker,Toaster is down,No bbq sauce and a couple others. Food looked like it was sitting in the sun for the last 24 hours. Piled all the meat into the microwave and then slopped it on the cold bun. Would recommend trying out the other subways. If the owner runs it like this, I can only imagine what happens behind the scenes.

I don't speak English very well, so I tried to get my kids to order.I felt racial discrimination here. I ordered rice with steak and avocado and the rice was not warm at all. The machine was weird and the rice was definitely not warm, but the employee just served it to me. And the white person in front of me was served food quickly and took my order, but my child and I had to wait for over 5 minutes to order. And she kept asking me questions and sighing in an annoyed tone because I was hesitating because I didn't know what sauce to choose. When I told her I didn't know what to do and that it was my first time eating it, she just added two sauces without even asking me what sauce I wanted. And I bought the card after seeing the banner that said if you buy a card for $30 you get a $5 voucher. When I asked why she didn't give me the $5 voucher when I paid, she said it was only available on the app. When I bought the $30 card, there was no information about the voucher, and it was only when I asked about it that she mentioned it. I'm not sure if that's accurate or not.
When I asked if this rice was originally served cold, she said that the rice was originally served cold and that only the meat was heated. So when I told her that both the meat and the rice were cold, she asked if I wanted it heated and put it in the microwave for 1 minute. Her response was extremely rude and made me uncomfortable. Before and after I ordered, she was not rude to white people at all. She greeted all the customers with a smile. However, because I am a Dongyeong person, she was rude to me. She even looked like an Indian.

Understaffed, only one person working. Almost out of bread because they're behind on making it. They'll gladly start making your sandwich, which comes with spinach, only to tell you that they actually don't have spinach or onions because they're out or not prepared.

I recently visited the Subway outlet in Brandon, Manitoba, and had an outstanding experience thanks to KushPreet. Her exceptional customer service truly made my visit memorable. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive throughout my order. The food was fresh, delicious, and perfectly crispy, exceeding all my expectations. This was by far the best experience I've had at any Subway outlet. I highly recommend this location and commend KushPreet for her excellent service!

Went to this Subway location couple days ago.When I got there , my son and I ordered our subs. After asking if we want it toasted, what kind of subs we would like and what bread we would like them on they began to make the sandwiches.They proceeded to ask what Veggies we would like. We both said lettuce ( the main ingredient in any sub).Staff told us they don't have any lettuce because their order didn't come in. They did not mention this prior to this point.I told them to send someone to walmart and buy some lettuce .Very poor customer service in NOT informing us before our order was placed that they were out of lettuce. Won't go back to this location.

Took 35 minutes to get my pizza sub. Ordered from work less than a block away. Cold and hard by the time I got it. Last time we order our work lunches through here.
