Bought a footlong for my hubby tonight. I found the server to be sloppy, but fast! When we got home, first thing my hubby did after taking his first bite was to replace the tomatoes on his sub with our tomatoes, because their tomatoes were no good! About half way into it, he pulled a black hair out of his mouth. He was so grossed out, he didnt finish it. By the way, neither of us have black hair! I wrapped it and will be taking it back to this subway tomorrow! Wish I could add a picture to this post!

Terrible service…seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Couldn’t have any less regard in how he was making the messy sandwich. Annoyed to have to go out of his way to make it. Awful place to get your subway sandwich. Worst experience ever !!! Wish he would have made an effort at least be friendly !! Total waste of time, and money to go to this place !! For real !!!
My sub was wrong from the get go wrong meat forgot the rice and the the staff gave me attitude about. Charged me full price and didn’t even offer to fix it .

This restaurant has the worst staff ever I encountered in a Subway restaurant . Staff here like to argue with their customer even for simple things - as simple as requesting a replacement cup. They have 0 customer service training and don't love what they do (at least the two "Sandwich Artist" that were working that day) . One staff being rude is more on just the staff maybe having a bad day but 2 rude staff working a restaurant is something else. Please avoid this restaurant at all cost unless you want your day to be ruined by their rude staff!

This was the worst service I ever had. The guy was so rude. Honestly why be open if you don’t serve meatballs or soup until noon no other subway has that rule. Seriously you could tell the employees did not want to be their. The guy mangled my wrap and then threw it in my direction. Their was sauce all over it was a mess.

Zero stars is needed. The man who served me this afternoon was very forgetful, rude, and dangerous (hints him cutting his finger) proceeding to try cutting a sub for another customer. eventually realizing he needs to look after the blood coming out of his finger, while he’s around customers food. Not the only disappointment of this visit may I add but this made the cherry of the cake.
