Went there for the all you can eat ribs night with my wife. We ordered the ribs but left hungry. The wait staff was too busy conversing with friends and we were ignored. We ordered long island ice teas and it was not made properly. Very disappointed.

I called for a pickup. It was a fairly large order for my sisters 85 birthday. My boyfriend was working in town and was on a tight timeframe to finish work, get the food and bring it back to east St. Paul. The manager on duty Friday afternoon (I think is name was Jordan) was able to work on our tight timeline and the fantastic food was the highlight of the birthday party. I will definitely be getting my boyfriend to continue to bring back Swiss Chalet every time he’s in town.

Meh, I wouldn't go here again. The food was disappointing—it lacked flavor and freshness. On top of that, the service was subpar. The staff seemed inattentive, and the overall experience felt rushed and unwelcoming. Definitely not what I was hoping for
