Stopped there for dinner. Had a burger. As far as burgers go, it was actually very good. I was disappointed by the fries. They are the big, thick fries and were not as crispy as I like. Server was very pleasant and attentive. They were very busy but everything came out without delays. Restaurant was clean. Prices were reasonable.
The food was good, however I was disappointed that they do not let you have a take out box on wing nights even though you pay for your food. I'd understand if it was all you can eat but if you're paying for each item you should be able to take it home after. The waitress told us that they aren't allowed to give out takeout boxes to any table even if you didn't order wings, on wing night. Yet another waitress brought boxes to another table. Kind of contradicting.
The food was really great. Good thing because the service was terrible. While she was friendly, she was either very new to waiting tables or very confused.
It took a good while to get our order taken. The food came out in decent time, but it was difficult to get drinks and it was utter confusion when it came to the bills and who should get what food item or drink.
Rarely complain, but it was not a great look for a more upper-scale place.
