Thai Express Restaurant Brandon

I tried to eat here for lunch, and the employee just read the menu to me, didn’t offer how they could make a dish vegan and seemed highly uninterested in my request. I thanked him(someone should be polite) and went to A&W.

I have been to Thai Express multiple times over the years and the food was delicious every single one! Also, the price and portion is great! They have a very friendly staff which just makes us want to return.

Their food is perfectly spicy and delicious. Veggies are crisp and delicious, good portion sizes. I recommend Thai Express at Brandon Shoppers Mall

Used to get pad thai that's also delectable but this time tried pad sew which was awesome 😍.

I am really disappointed with my order because the guy working there today was using earphones and talking to someone else on call and made worse food and ruined my money as well as food i had to thrown it because noodle were to saucy and just little amount of chicken and bean sprouts and i don't know how the owner and manger manage their restaurant.

Amazing thai fried rice i have ever had

We tried their Pad Thai on the weekend, it was really good. Best customer service and staff is very friendly. By looking at the food I could tell, it was delicious.

I ordered vegan green Thai curry . A server served me something else . It was smelling like non veg . Or some wrong ingredient . I was running Out of time . Asked for refund and he denied . I asked him to smell food he denied sneezing it too . Customer service was zero . Instead being sorry or helpful he didn’t even touch the food he served me. Need to throw it away . Never suggest this place to anyone

Only one employee was working and trying hard to keep up. We were the first to order, but it still took 25 minutes for our order to be ready. One dish was FAR spicier than the other. When I mentioned this, the manager appeared from the back and told me that he understands that people like me can’t handle the medium spice like they can. Since we are able to handle ghost pepper wings, I disagree with this argument. What I think happened is that the single employee accidentally added more spice because he was frazzled and had to do everything in his own when we ordered. Understandably. But it was very disappointing that customer satisfaction and providing an edible product mean nothing at this location. It took a while, but eventually he made a new dish. We were able to finally eat 50 minutes after originally ordering. Be careful ordering here. Had a had a better look at the grime in the overhead vent and other areas of the kitchen, i wood have not ordered in the first place. Live and learn.

They don't put any chicken or vegetables in - just noodles, which is unfortunate for $16. The guy working was friendly and doing his best with a busy Saturday.
