Okay so this place is so very budget friendly. It might not be the most up to date restaurant and a little chilly in the morning so take a sweater :). But as far as food and Sevice,it’s top notch for half the price of other places. You can have your eggs any way you like and potatoes shredded,cubed,small diced and I know I am missing some lol. But you want a great breakfast that won’t break the bank please try the Chalet. We have been going for years and cannot think of a bad meal ever. Keep up the amazing work Chalet!!

What an amazing breakfast! Eggs the way you like, choice of meat (bacon done to perfection), choice of potato and toast! Top it off with piping hot coffee! All for under $10 taxes included! Try and top that anywhere! Stop in and see for yourself... delicious! We stop every time we are in Brandon (3x a week)

Beautiful place to stay down-to-earth and reasonable.

The wait staff had no greeting for us, just stood there awaiting our order. We were thinking breakfast, but I asked if there was diabetic syrup and the response was no, regular only. Since pancakes were a no go, we ordered bacon and eggs with toast. The food was good, atmosphere was anything but. The table surface looked clean, but everything seemed tacky, or downright dirty. Windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in 10 years! When we paid, I asked the lady if they would be getting diabetic syrup. She answered no, they had regular syrup! Needless to say we didn't feel welcome and haven't been back since. Definitely not somewhere I would recommend to anyone. I actually wish I had taken some photos, but sadly I didn't.

Excellent food portion and price. Stoped in on the way to and from Ontario.
