I had a really disappointing experience here due to a total lack of common sense and care regarding food safety.
I watched an employee, Roshmi, put on a glove, take my cash payment, and then immediately use that same gloved hand to handle the donuts going into my box. She didn’t stop there, she continued using that contaminated glove to handle all the donuts being put out on display for other customers. It’s common sense that you don’t touch dirty money and then handle food with the same glove.
On top of the hygiene issues, she was not pleasant to deal with. She ignored us when we asked to pick our own donuts and just started throwing in whatever she wanted. We eventually got the ones we actually asked for, but only after the hassle of making her swap them out. Just a complete lack of effort and basic service and food safety.

They forgot putting the drink into the bag for delivery so many times. Instead of apologizing their mistake, they blamed customers trying to ask for free drink. The management is lack of handling customer service skill.

In the 5+ years I’ve been visiting this Tim Hortons, I’ve never had such an incredible experience. I went through the drive-thru and was greeted by someone with a radio-quality voice who got my order right on the first try. He also served me at the window, handed me my drinks, and even took the time to start a friendly conversation while I waited for my food.

I didn’t catch his name, but he was a bigger fella — truly the best service I’ve had in years. He made my day. Tim Hortons needs more people like him!

Too many school kids doing homework inside the store, staff did not get the order special correct , and did not consider directions from customer for no sugar in ice coffee

was here today, and i see their team members more focused in drive thru, less people working in the afternoon i guess. But while i was waiting for my orders, all i see is a working hard asian guy kept going back and forth while other few females are kept talking and not helping at all. disappointing and watch your staff please!!!.

Found a piece of a hairnet (including the hair) inside the donut. Yuk! Offered a replacement donut or coffee.
