They ask again and again about your order and then 🤣🤣😭gave wrong one. Also miss few items from it. I saw so many bzy tims but this one is worse, even it’s not bzy. I visit there today around 10:15 AM in drive through.

My husband went in around 10:30 pm and a very tall gentleman served him and I have to say he made the best tasting chai tea latte I’ve had from Tim’s! I’m not sure why Tim’s (at least most of them) changed it from Vanilla shots to cane sugar but it was a mistake lol.. he requested Vanilla shots instead of cane sugar and this gentleman put in the correct amount and it was delicious! Tims would have gotten 5 stars but they had no donuts. Thank you sir for the delicious chai tea latte :)

This is what my breakfast sandwich looked like. What happened to quality and service? I have worked in these type of places and would never give a customer something that looked like this. Been having more and more issues about drinks being filled less and less. how do you find the policy on drink amounts and the fill lines on the cups? Get dirty looks when asking to fill up a bit. Didn't order a large drink to have the cup only filled 3/4 of the way. Please train staff to remember to smile at the customers, sure goes a long way😁
Really Tim Hortons staff? You actually buttered this and sent it on out the window? Like "ya, this is fine" LOL no it's absolutely not. Absolutely no care or standards. And this is not the first time.. literally yesterday my fiance picked up breakfast and they screwed up both our drinks, he had them remake them and brought them home, just to find out they STILL didn't make one of them properly! It was later replaced but we should not have to constantly be complaining to get what we ordered!!! I wish Tim Hortons was as committed to giving consistent products as I am committed to consistently spending money on this garbage. When it's good, it's good. Parking: The parking lot is atrocious. Like navigating a mine field. And most of the holes if were gone through with a small car would absolutely cause damage
