Slow service and cant understand basic English.

The food is superb, but whenever I ordered there, there is always something that they don’t have, neither the staff suggest anything in exchange of that out of stock item and I ordered 3 things from drive through which they didn’t have for which the staff started laughing. I love the the food its always fresh and the boys who work at night are superb too but please dont loose your customers for these silly mistakes by the evening staff.

On November 27 at around midnight, I visited this Tim Hortons location and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff member on duty, Manni, arrived approximately 15 minutes late to start the shift. When I politely mentioned the delay, he responded by insisting he was not late and became dismissive.

Despite my calm approach, he refused to serve me and stated, “Do whatever you can do, call anyone, I don’t care.” This attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. As a regular customer, I expect basic courtesy and proper service, especially at a well-known establishment like Tim Hortons.

I hope management reviews this incident seriously and ensures that customer service standards are properly maintained during night shifts.

Seee, Tim Hortons, like I always say cannot be far off, sometimes really bad, but that’s rare. However, human nature to be grumpy at early mornings all around. This Tim Hortons, was a refreshing change, considering we began our trip from here and we took the drive thru, but they were really nice and all smiles. That’s very nice.

This is a hard review to write, since I appreciate the staff that has been there forever. We only ever stop anymore when passing through town to grab breakfast or a coffee. Stopped this morning and received two old, rock hard bagels; of two different flavors mind you. Paid $1 for one piece of bacon on that bagel. The coffee tastes horrible most of the time and is wrong 90% of the time. Most the new staff is inconsiderate which is unfortunate. Safe to say we’re going to choose a different location going forward.

Clean the assembly table I shouldn’t be able to taste everything that’s been on there while I’m eating a bagel, appetite gone. Your parking lot is terrible too at least try to fill the holes till it gets fixed.
