Barely spoke English. Coffee was terrible. She was laughing and speaking to others inside the restaurant in their language and only said thank you to me. I don't live in India. I prefer to be spoken to in proper, correct English. Why has the coffee changed?

Iam giving this location a 1 star due to sanitary reason’s.
I put in a big order and had to wait for coffee to brew a few times. Now the staff that helped me with my order did very well.
As I was waiting I noticed allot of the men had beards and mustaches, I was looking cause some had nets over the mustaches and some had them under and some had them almost under the chin covering no hair. Now Iam not sure what’s right or wrong placement of the hairnet.
This still did not make it the 1 star but what is the proper way???
As I was watching the drive through person, he was using his two fingers to like come down his mustache numerous times and then proceed to put peoples napkins in their take out bags.
Stopped here for a coffee and restroom break. I wanted to give a shout out for blisteringly efficient service and Timbits that were seriously far better than anything I’ve ever eaten at a Tim hortons. My wife and I were astonished at how excellent they were. It was liken they sourced them from a local bakery or something.

Poor service person working was more concerned about talking on his phone then serving customers had a few of come and got ignored for 2 min giving us dirty looks instead of serving us. We all walked out due to this unwarranted behavior from the employee. I understand night gets slow but when you finally get customers shouldn't be hassle to serve us. Ty
