Gave this one quite a bit of chances before this but so much issues getting a simple English muffin in the drive through. For the life of them cannot get the right order 90% of time

Is there any management can see the video? This morning I ordered my coffee at 1st Street location on drive through and I am waiting by window the girl keeps talking to him on his shoulder so long I seen my coffee by the window so I left because let for work.around @5:40am

At 3am an old lady was running this place and makes everything look so easy. The place was clean and organized.

The food was okay if they had the ingredients in stock to make a basic chicken wrap. As usual didn't have much of a variety of donuts.

The Tim Hortons has gone downhill in every location in Brandon. The service is horrible but when the coffee was good I could except the bad service . I can no longer tolerate the stale bland taste. Tried it yesterday at the hospital even and that was bitter. What has changed ? What have you done to your coffee or fresh policy?
I went to drive thru and the person on the window was really sweet and quick as well. Also sometimes i go to their storefront. Their manager Inna is so nice and a very good lady. I find everyone here energetic and helpful.

The lady at the drive thru was so mean, October 6 10:30 shift, she was rude. If she don't want to be nice to the costumers, she mustn't working at the costumer service.

This store should train it's employees. The person who took my order from drive through needs training in English, and he was borderline rude.

I ordered for few coffees and from the beginning the guy on the other hand who goes by name Meet, was outrageously rude to us for no reason. When we pulled to the window we asked to see him(of course he wouldn’t come) and when he did he was still being rude to us. Owner really needs to fire that sorry son of gun or this restaurant is going down the the drain for sure

Worst Tim Hortons experience! First of all the guy named MEET who works there messed up the order. Secondly he started behaving rude while taking our order through the drivethru as we weren’t able to hear him. Instead of apologizing he was justifying his actions. Never visiting this place again and would not recommend it to anyone!
