The staff working at Twisters are extremely helpful and went above and beyond. I had just made an online order and one of my items was not available, the worker then provided me with more than enough to replace my item. They had even included a hand written note with an option for them to make it right if it wasn’t to my liking. I am not sure who that employee is but thank you, good customer service is hard to come by and your managers should look into giving you a raise. Will for sure be recommending this place to people in the future.

An ice-cream place. Good selection, cool flavour infused swirl soft serve. Small eat in seating area, some ben hes and tables outside. Dont forget to stop by during the ongoing construction season even though the access is limited.

Love ice cream? Then this is a must stop. Wonderful selection of soft and hard ice cream flavors. Try the green apple swirl sift ice cream! Specialty treats are also available. Super friendly staff. Well worth the stop.

This was our first visit from out of town and honestly we were pleasantly surprised. We come to Brandon once a year and always saw Twisters on the way in from the airport but had never visited it. We'll we are now glad we did.They have many soft and hard ice cream flavors as well as many nest and delightful concoctions that they've come up with. My wife had a special upside down banana split in a cup that she thoroughly enjoyed and it looked amazing.The soft serve was very delicious and was actually iced cream, not the silly iced milk you get from the national chain in town.We will definitely be back here on our next visit and are already looking forward to it.
