Ordered two special yesterday, it did not same as the picture shows on their window. The ice cream even smaller than my fist. And cost me almost $20. This is my first and last time to go there. Won’t recommend anyone to come to here.

Delicious ice cream. But I wish the vendors would wear gloves when making the ice cream instead of using their bare hands. That spoiled the experience a bit.

Great nice cream. Service was fast and friendly. Amazed by the options and the many different flavours and colours of Waffle cones. Really sets this ice cream shop apart from the rest in Brandon.

We recently moved to Brandon and have a list of places to try for ice cream and we keep ending up back at the velvet dip ...
we ordered 2 milkshakes and they were the worst Milkshakes we've had! If I had wanted strawberry milk I would have gone to the store for milk and strawberry milk syrup not paid $17.51 for flavoured milk, this was liquified so much there was no trace of a lump of strawberry or that it was made with ice cream. terrible!

My friend loves this place and we finally got to go together to it. I had an ice cream dipped in white chocolate while she had her Sundae butter scotch... I think I need to try some sort of Sundae to see if she's right. But what makes your friend smile makes me happy, too.
