we ordered 2 milkshakes and they were the worst Milkshakes we've had! If I had wanted strawberry milk I would have gone to the store for milk and strawberry milk syrup not paid $17.51 for flavoured milk, this was liquified so much there was no trace of a lump of strawberry or that it was made with ice cream. terrible!

My friend loves this place and we finally got to go together to it. I had an ice cream dipped in white chocolate while she had her Sundae butter scotch... I think I need to try some sort of Sundae to see if she's right. But what makes your friend smile makes me happy, too.
One of the best local ice cream shops in Brandon! There are so many options to choose from all sorts of ice cream. Probably has the best selection of dips in the city.

Went for ice cream with the family. Sat outside to eat and was watching the ladies working, or should I say the one with the bunette braid that was busy cleaning (great work ethic!) while the rest were eating and visiting. I was fine with them eating, but with food safety hands need to be washed before serving customers. When customers came, none of them washed their hands before helping customers. I watched a girl grab a waffle cone by the sprinkles and drop it on to her sweater, and still use it for the customer. Another customer had also ordered the waffle cone, and again, they grabbed it by the top of the cone. It's disturbing since I had ordered a waffle cone.The treats are very good there, but food safety is a zero IMO

So difficult to choose a final Velvet Dip ice cream treat to close- out the season!There are too many yummy options- so definitely not a bad problem to have!We Really splurged, and even had a Skor blitz 'Thanksgiving' cake!?We also visited on the season's closing day, when we all got a favorite treat- including a baby cone for the dog!??Already can't wait for the 2024 season!
