I can't believe they really increased their children's meal from 3 to 4$. This is ridiculous, that's a 33percent increase!!!! I will never be going to Wendy's again as they neglect and actively starve children!!!

Didn't even come close to the right order. Instead of French toast I got 6 packets of ketchup. Once we get passed that I get my French toast somehow half cooked and without syrup. On top of it all she was rude about it.

Well at Wendy's I usually enjoy the taco salad with chili on the side .their chili is just sauce nd bits of meat floating around .I was very disappointed.

I asked the staff if their chicken nuggets contain dairy as my child has an allergy. I was told I had to look online.. all restaurants are supposed to have an allergin menu on hand to reference when people inquire. Lazy and un accommodating.

I used to love Wendy's spicy chicken burger.. but today when I ordered it from the Brandon, Manitoba location, my burger came without the tomato (my favorite part) and no sauces (minor). ALSO, my container of medium fries had mold in the bottom 🤯 I'll try to attach a picture. But I'm allergic to mold and it sent me to the hospital. THIS IS NOT OKAY. Adjust your standards. They used to be better.

the drink Machine wasnt cleaned well, my coca-cola didnt taste like anything other than dirtt sparkely water. my stomach is hurting and i cant escape from the toilet. disgusting.

Went through the drive thru wednesday the 21st asked for cheese on my chili was charged $1.50 for less than a tsp worth of cheese??? I know things have gone up in price but this is ridiculous. Add the tossed together burgers we had to reassemble and the cold fries and nuggets not impressed.

Burger is raw. Asked for NO mayo, NO cheese, NO tomato .. had everything on it and not cooked. No straw for the lemonade. Terrible food.

The drive through line always moves really fast, my food is always hot and fresh, the staff is friendly and I love the coupons and rewards I get on the mobile app.
