We were in BPs for almost two hours, we went late in the afternoon. Waited over 40 minutes for a triple play and two kids meals. The kids plates were very hot. The fourth meal never arrived. Our server was terrible and didn’t come check on us once unless we waved her down. The manager was zero help, we requested to speak with him and he didn’t come to see us we had to go to him. Got seated and waited for 30 minutes and no one had even asked us what we wanted to drink and they were not even busy on a Saturday evening and now I see why. We left and I’m sure they did not notice. Will not be going back.
