KFC offers delicious, hot, and fresh chicken with consistently good customer service. However, multiple reviews mention disappointment with the bland and tasteless gravy, described as "thick water" and "lumpy yellow flour water." Despite the gravy issue, the chicken is praised for not being too greasy. Customers hope for improvement in the gravy quality to match the tasty chicken offered at this location.
