We stopped at DQ to get an ice cream cake and it became a little confusing given we could not go into the store and had to order through the drive through. The guy that we spoke to first told us there was no one there to write on the cake. When we pulled up to the window a young man was working and did everything possible to make it work for us! He was so great with awesome customer service! I wish I got his name! Awesome job buddy!
