If you want to save a dollar on anything, go to any other location. A small blizzard at this location was $6.49, while at the West St. Paul location, a small blizzard is only $5.49. Why are they charging a dollar more at this location? Make it make sense Dairy Queen.

Tonight figured I would give you guys another chance.Last time the burger was cold and had way too much ketchup on it, so I was reluctant. But I was hungry and in a hurry.I ordered the cheeseburger meal, with light ketchup. There was a vehicle in front of me so there was a bit of a wait. The young lady said it would be $12.50 when I got to the window, I handed her $20, and she handed me my change and the food.As I looked in the bag and did not see the ice cream that comes with the cheeseburger meal the window closed.I managed to get her attention by waiving my hand and she opened the window.I asked about the missing ice cream and she said that what I ordered did not come with ice cream.I told her I’d ordered a cheeseburger meal and actually thought it was too expensive. She said, “oh you wanted the $8 meal?”Yes, that is what I ordered. She then told me they would make it again.I asked if she could just give me the ice cream as I was in a rush and didn’t want to wait again. She said, “No we will make it again.”I gave her the bag back and asked her to just give me my money back. She did not make eye contact with me, basically tossed the $20 bill at me and as I was about to explain that she actually did not owe me $20, as she’d given me change and only owed me $12.50, the window closed. This person made zero effort to communicate with me, and frankly made me feel like after being inconvenienced, I was trying to get something for free. “The audacity of this customer to ask for .50 cents worth of ice cream after I screwed up his order,” was the impression I left with. The irony is she ended up ripping herself off.I am polite and supportive of young employees in the service industry. This was an odd exchange that should be used as a learning opportunity. If you’d like your $7.50 I can provide my address in private and you can send someone to pick it up.I won’t be back. Thanks

Have gone here multiple times since it's opened. Hit and miss at times. Lately it's been a hit. Young lady who helped me tonight was kind and went out of her way. Sadly you can only tip with cash and not via card.

The restaurant was clean and inviting, the food was ok, but the staff were awesome! They were friendly and capable, and the food came out very quickly and hot! The ice cream was great too! We have a down syndrome family member and the staff interacted great! And by great, I mean they treated her exactly like everybody else. Thank you!

Never has chocolate ice cream, service is very slow.. and we come for a treat almost every weekend. A brand new Dairy Queen and it’s disappointing.

Our new favourite location! We’ve been here a couple of times now with the kids. Both times we went in the late afternoon. On the first visit we biked over, it’s easy to get to from the gateway bike path (northeast pioneers greenway). There is bike parking in front along the patio which we used. Patio seating had umbrella’s up which was perfect for the sunny day. Our order was filled quickly (both hot food and blizzards) and they brought it outside to us - really nice service. On our second visit we drove over and sat in. Overall the second experience was just as nice. Friendly staff and good quality food.

I had a great experience here. The ice cream was perfect, not too melty. I had asked for light fudge in my blizzard and they did it perfectly. My wife had gotten a sundae and only positive feedback from her as well. The staff was understanding, and made the ice creams in a timely manner which is always great. The employee who served us at the drive thru made conversation with us while we waited for the ice cream which is always nice.

I ordered a Peanut Buster Parfait with soft chocolate ice cream and was told that they didn't have chocolate, only on days they make cakes. I have never had this happen before at any Dairy Queen. Also when I got to the bottom, no peanuts, all that was there was the dregs of salt from the peanuts, I like salty but this was disgusting. Will never return to this location.

Worst Dairy Queen I’ve been to. Ordered brownie skor cupfection which is normally amazing. This time it was awful. There was more syrup than ice cream and the brownies that are in it were ice cold (every other time I’ve had it they’ve been warm) very disappointed as I was looking forward to it. I wasn’t even able to finish due to the bottom being almost all syrup.

Been there twice and asked for OreoCheesecake blizzard with extra cheesecake. Only to discover on the drive home that there was noCheesecake. Even after confirming at the window that they heard right, on the second time that it was extra cheesecake they were putting. Yet again not cheesecake, two of the worst blizzards I’ve ever had.
