Usually this is the absolute best DQ I've ever been to and I recommend it to everyone. I went on a Tuesday and everything was cold; fries, burger, and wraps. I was extremely disappointed. DO NOT GO HERE IF IT'S NOT BUSY! I will stop recommending it to friends now.

The cashier today was very rude…we were asking about the cup size and she refused to show us the cones size as well then the other guy came and helped us even she charged us $50 but he fixed and change it to $38 which was the correct amount…i cant even imagine why people do this to their customers.

Ordered online for pickup. Got home and Order incorrect and no one answered when I tried to call and I wasn’t going back. Chicken strips and fries tasted old. I understand it was a busy time but I should receive what I ordered and I should get value for the money I paid!!

Tried to order a mixing bowl mashup blizzard and make it a royal blizzard. Royal meaning it has hot fudge down the centre. The employee was rude and could not accommodate. I have visited every dairy queen in manitoba and have never once been refused this request. Somebody teach that guy where the “extra fudge” button is.

I had a take out order and it included a basket of fries and a large fries, I guessed that much would be enough to serve 3 people along with burgers and drink. To my disappointment basket of fries served same quantity as large fries. If its a dairy queen portion size, they really need to work on it, if the portions are decided by franchise operators then its unacceptable and I would like to complain even further. You can't sell underweight snacks.

We have visited this location, numerous times, and they have always gotten our order correct. They have specials, cheeseburger basket, fries, drink, with a sundae for about $8, and 3 chicken strips basket with fries, drink, and sundae for $9. The only problem, I have is that corporate or maybe it is the whole Dairy Queen chain moved over to these smaller chicken strips size. You can upgrade your sundae to a blizzard or fries to onion rings for an upgrade price.
