Drove 2 1/2 hours for their Vinatarta. Just like Amma used to make . Also bought a carrot cake, delicious. Not a real fan of butter tarts but she mentioned she was the Butter Tart Lady. OMG she wasn't kidding. Best butter tart I have ever had!(salted caramel pecan). Keto chocolate caramel cheesecake will have me driving back to Gimli.
The baked goods here are amazing. Home made and delicious. Imperial cookies, morning glory, lemon, muffins soo good. Cheese cake and other cookies great to. Must try you pay for the quality and lovebput into baking all their goods.

Love this bakery! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The imperial cookies are delicious, soft and just the right amount of sweet but the real gem is the vinetarta. They've put together a small sample tray you can pick up in store that is perfect for those of us that can't decide on a flavor (but the original and the rhubarb are always a sage bet)Definitely a must stop in Gimli
