We were on a little spring break escape in Gimli and visited Ship & Plough. It was a very positive experience and if we find ourselves back in the Gimli area, we will definitely visit again! It is a warm, cozy little restaurant/pub. My daughter and I both ordered the Fish & Chips and my wife ordered the Pickerel Tacos. The fish was very meaty and had a really good breading on it. The fries were really good as well. The Pickerel Tacos were colorful with great presentation....
Loved the baked brie. Loved the pickerel tacos. Loved the fish and chips. Can't wait to go back! Beer was great. Definitely not the most affordable place in town, but food and the setting were worth it.
