Spero's pizza is its own experience, they have moved to a bigger restaurant. Their pizzas are great laden with fresh ingredients, nice tasting sauce. Large portions of pizzas, you will have leftovers. Family owned business opened up the newer restaurant to have sit down service! You will find it before you enter Gimli!

This is the best place. I asked him to make me a pizza half time. I told him what I like and he made me the perfect pizza. This is the best pizza in the world.

The only thing I regret is that I only left a $5 tip for this pizza, I should have left at least $20. Thank you chef. for this pizza.

Ordered our 1 st pizza from Spero’s today. Wow, absolutely delicious! Toppings were plentiful and fresh! Crust is so delicious and airy. The bad news is it takes me 20 minutes to get there! The good news is we are in Gimli at least once a week! The owner is so very kind and you can literally feel the love he puts into his Pizza.

Wheelchair accessibility: My wife picked up the pizza however the first thing we do is check for accessibility as I am in a wheelchair! It’s a gentle slope into the restaurant.

The ham and pineapple pizza was delicious. Thick crust and cheese were delicious. Cooked to perfection! This is coming from a "I don't like pizza." I recommend pickup or takeout.
Atmosphere: Wall air-conditioner in the seating area could use a deep clean. It's dusty.
