I went to use the washroom and there was mold in the toilet and the sink was uncleaned the whole bathroom was a mess ? ?

Usually Visiting subway once or twice a month in winnipeg and happened to be in gimli and decided to go to this location to order some meal however I changed my mind after seeing this place. It was the most dirty and unclean restaurant I have ever visited. From floor, walls, windows and don't get me going with the washroom. It seems like no one cares for this place. I do not recommend this place.

this poor girl was here all alone on a saturday night. she was getting mobile orders and a line up of people and no owners in sight? waited along time but completely wasn’t her fault. if you want staff maybe make them feel cared for.

Staff so rude . Seems so grumpy . Veggies were not looking fresh. Staff preparing food was very unprofessional..called him out when he was preparing my salad bowl and I had to just cancel my order and walked out. I always go to this subway on my sales calls in Gimli but after this incident will not be coming back anymore.

We arrived just under 10 minutes before closing time and all the food was still out and ready to serve. We wanted four meals and the server made it clear that we were a major inconvenience to her and that we had better have everything before closing time.

She was clearly hoping that we would order four of the same items.

We were en route from Winnipeg to Hecla and Subway was the only place on the way with a gluten free option. Unfortunately we were unable to get that.

We tried to order ahead through the app en route but it wouldn’t work for us. We called to ask what time they closed and the phone was answered, “hello” with no identification of the business.

The employee was extremely rude and we felt bad for inconveniencing her with such little time left before closing but there was absolutely zero effort to make us feel like a valued customer.

My 6” sub was put together in such a way that it fell apart when I tried to eat it in the car, even though I kept it wrapped in the paper.

Next time we will make different plans and avoid Gimli Subway.

Cashier didn't know how to enter the coupons. Did not add drinks when asked 2 times. Paper Bags are horrible when picked up the bag ripped and the sandwiches on the floor.no one approached and asked to replace the food.was not happy. Need to have more training on cash and wrapping the sandwiches with a sticker to hold together.

Too expensive. I got one 6 inch and it was $10.52 cents! I asked for extra avocado and they barely put any on it! I am completely disappointed in the service. Please do better.
