Subway is good, you can get most items added or removed, bread, the way you want it. My only issue is the increased price, for bread, veggies, meat, and cheese. For $20, you could make your own at home, but since this is a fast food place, they make for a fraction of the time, and you can get with different dressings/ sauces. The staff are always courteous and helpful.
I had a fantastic experience here after a pickleball tournament in Gimli. The server, Adam, did a super job at helping me negotiate the 7-Eleven app on my smartphone so I could order what I wanted. He was kind, helpful, and patient with me. I ordered a footlong sub but only wanted to eat half and save the rest for the next day. For a while, there we weren't going anymore because we'd either get sick after eating or was just not appealing, but since the new owners took over, it's been great. I order a lot online and then pick up, and our sandwiches are always made exactly as requested. So great job to the newish owners.
