“Stopped in for a quick to-go bite and I was blown away!

The restaurant is incredibly clean and modern feeling but still retains the small town chinese food feel.

The prices are more than fair, $14 after tax for a combination box that was stacked full of meat, rice and veggies, hot and fresh that only took 15 minutes to prepare!

The owner was incredibly kind when taking my order as well!

“I came here with one of my good friends on 03/15/25. The ambience inside the restaurant was very nice. We were impressed with the decor. We started off with the Bruschetta which was incredible. We then had the Feta Salad. The lettuce was so fresh, and the vinegrette dressing was lovely. We both ordered the Pesto Spaghetti & were impressed with the quality. Fantastic experience. Will absolutely return.”

“I recently went to Winnipeg from Regina, SK for a quick holiday and had the pleasure of enjoying Chane Bhutare and a Black Dal. I also ordered a Masala Tea and the server kindly gave a Besan Barfi as well. I felt like I was enjoying a home-cooked meal, so blissful and it also brought me tears of joy. I offer a heartfelt thank you to the two beautiful women whom served me and to chef/chefs whom prepared my meal. Thank you and bless you.”

“Great Lil' Spot to Get some Good Grub. The Beef Dip was absolutely amazing on the Foccoscia bread BUT it's too soft for the Au Jus (just falls apart in a soggy mess and hard to handle) Definitely recommend toasting the bread longer and the Pierogies less (but that's just my opinion) They're a lil' hard on the teefers and like mine just slightly fried. Garlic Parm fries were a Unique upgrade but lacking Garlic Flavor & Value. Would be amazing vs ok with a Pinch more Parm. Atmosphere was Modern,Upgraded, and CLEAN. Loved the Huge Ferns and Cafe' aesthetic. Great Service!!! Drinks always Full. Would definitely come back to try other menu items. Menu has lots to Offer.”

“This is the best sushi in Winnipeg. we stumbled upon this gem about a month ago and were amazed by how delicious and reasonably priced it is. Our second visit today was even better! Absolutely everything we've sampled is delicious; from the sushi pizza, the beef tataki, the rolls, the miso.. and the Sapporo frozen beer... 5☆. On top of fabulous food is the service! A+! I can not recommend this restaurant enough. If we lived closer we would probably be in at least twice a week!”

“Friendly service. Food so fresh and tasty with huge portion serving plates (another 2 meals each at home), if you dine in. We order consomme soup and 4 orders plus tip. Deluxe Fried Rice, exceptionally tasty dry ribs, mixed veggies with chicken and Cantonese chow main is delicious. 5+ everytime.”

“We typically go to the Clay Oven on Kenaston as a treat occasionally. We've been going there since their first location opened on Inkster and we always enjoyed it until the last time we were there. We usually order their Thali platters. This time we ordered a Lamb and Chicken Thai platter with the cumin potatoes as one of the sides. It was terrible. The potatoes were half cooked and hard with no flavor. The rice was flavorless as well. Seeing that we always enjoyed it until now we're definitely not going back again. Seeing it's kinda of expensive it's a treat for us we were sadly disappointed.”

“love this place. you walk in and the cook greet you. you go upstairs and the atmosphere is relaxing. when you order they have a little buzzer if you need to use it. the food was so good. some rolls where bigger then i thought they where going to be. and the differents style of sushi they have made it have a good experience for me and my husband.”
