Santa Lucia Pizza - Lac du Bonnet / The Ice Cream Baller Inc.

Purchased three pizzas for my family and friends. When I got home the pizza dough was raw. I called to complain and sent in photos and was told
I would be compensated for the pizzas. About a week later I called to try again and was told “the owner says it looks normal”. I was offered a discount but refused. Won’t be going back. I thought the Santa Lucia they brought in was bad, I was wrong.

Unfortunately, the pizza at this establishment was a major letdown. The price was a lot but we thought why not try local?

The crust was tough, dry, and had an almost stale texture, while the sauce was bad and lacked any real flavor. I couldn’t even finish a slice, both the crust and sauce were practically inedible. Definitely not coming back for the pizza. The toppings were cooked under the cheese too which was a different dynamic then I personally like. The time for the pizza here also took too long unfortunately.

Staff was really nice though which adds a star.

Is hair an added topping ??
I stopped by today for some ice cream. I ordered the Carmel sundae which looked amazing when I got it. Back into my car and drive to a shady spot to enjoy it ….. I didn’t expect a long hair to be stuck in the whip cream topping !!!! Lucky for me a just dumped the topping along with the gross piece of hair and the cherry and continued to enjoy my ice cream. Now some will say that’s gross that I ate the rest but it was only in the topping so I think I was ok. It definitely turned me off going back there.

Very good!! Sizes are really big. All different kinds. Very fast and friendly service.

This place is an ok place to go but it's pricey. Ice cream wise its the only place in town where you're gonna get legitimate ice cream served to you. the other closest ice cream place is in seven sisters. For the food your going to be paying high prices for a moderate product. In my opinion you have better options in the area for cheaper prices. I wouldn't reccomend this place I'd go somewhere like drifters or K's kitchen.

It's a take-out and delivery, so 'Atmosphere' is not really a thing. But the pizza is excellent!! And the order-taking is very good; they made me aware of a special that I didn't know about and ordered. Fast and efficient with excellent pizza - what more could you want!

For Ice Cream Baller - Serving sizes of the cones were amazing!!! Fresh cones and great choices to choose from! The gals working were so friendly and kind!

This time it was just ice cream. But, the pizza is great. Our #1 pizza in town.

Parking: It's a narrow gravel lot, but lots of spaces. Plus, street parking right in front.

Kid-friendliness: Take out and outdoor picnic tables. Grassed area so watch for skeeters and flies. Otherwise, kid friendly.
