Wow!!! My husband, kids and I met here for supper tonight and we received amazing customer service!!! The ladies were patient with our first-timer sons, made our subs in an efficient manner, and were kind and courteous throughout our whole evening! They wrote “Dad” and “Mom” on the correct subs, made sure each boy had the correct sides in their bags, and even brought out extra cookies when they heard there was a birthday in our group! We were blown away by their kindness! Thank you for such a great experience!!!

Place was filthy, food all over the counter, vegetables didn’t look appealing, flies all over, rotting garbage smell. I honestly don’t know why I didn’t turn around and leave.The staff were friendly enough and apologized for a disgusting fly landing on my sub.I don’t blame the young people working there, I believe all of these issues are because of management. I think that place could easily be shut down if they don’t address these issues.

I wish I could give 0 stars. One person working, on a Sunday. Girls grabbing handfuls of whatever is asked for and literally throwing it on the bread. Handful of bacon, put in the oven to warm up, it was still freezing cold. Then I had my sub grilled and she grilled it side ways. Literal disaster. Avid subway guy too. Not eating fresh in lac du unfortunately.

Everything was fresh, they didn't skimp on the meat or toppings, and the service was fantastic. The young ladies even let me buy some extra bacon on the side for my dogs.Update: While the service is great and they still do an excellent job of making the sandwiches, this is the second time I've had really stale bread. When I asked the young lady when it was made, she said around noon the previous day, but it seemed older. She offered to make me a new sandwich, but if they're using the same bread, what's the point?

Garbage place! Two of our sandwiches were served with frozen chicken. Bathrooms were absolutely filthy. Cleanliness doesn't appear to be a high priority at this location.
