Food was good but it was obvious that my online order had somehow been forgotten about. When I arrived they looked confused, checked in the back and then said it's not ready yet. I waited another 15m for my food, when the restaurant was basically empty. Mistakes happen but would have appreciated the honesty.
We picked up 2 Mushroom Swiss burger combos on the way home Saturday evening. Not impressed! When we went in to pick up they almost forgot the drinks, then when we got home and checked the order they forgot the gravy we were charged for, so I phoned to complain, she said “the kitchen packs it” as I was talking to her I noticed one of the fries had hardly anything in it, when I mentioned it, she told me that it goes by weight so I guess she didn’t believe me (the one bag...read full review

I don't k ow about the atmosphere as my order was a delivery.Food was Great as always, little disappointed in how long it took to deliver. Love the online ordering please try to do better with delivery times. An hour & 30 seems long.
