“I love the retro decor of this restaurant, it definitely takes me back to childhood. The proprietress is so sweet and kind, her portions are very generous. The veal is my current favourite- very tender. The deluxe wonton soup is a family favourite, and makes a hearty meal on its own.”

“The Morris location USED to have the BEST burgers around. Great flavour and texture. Sadly I hate to say this but they’ve changed the burgers to some cheap store bought burger and I’d have to say one of the WORST burgers I’ve ever had. Very sad to see this happen. EDIT: After several weeks not a word from this restaurant despite this review. Pretty poor management in general it seems.”

I visited the Subway restaurant on the morning of July 27, 2025, around 11 a.m. with my children. As always, Varsha welcomed us with her beautiful smile. I truly believe her warm, smiling face is one of the most beautiful things about this place.

She carefully listened to my children’s orders and kindly answered all of their questions. She made our sandwiches with care, and when the kids wanted cookies, she kindly explained that choosing a meal deal would also include a drink – such a thoughtful suggestion!

One of the reasons I love going to Subway in our neighborhood with my kids is because of the clean store, fresh ingredients, and most of all, Varsha’s kind and friendly service. She has a very special way of making every customer feel truly welcomed and appreciated.

“the sandwich artist was amazing. i ordered a salad and she cut up the bacon without me asking. put dressing on my salad and told me to tell her when to stop instead of me asking for a little more or to stop sooner. same with all the other items.
wonderful service! only complaint is the lettuce was a little brown. otherwise great service, nice and clean, and friendly.”
