Add the crispy battered chicken covered in lemon sauce and honey garlic veal it completes a delicious supper. Not in the photos, deep fried wontons with the perfect amount of seasoning. Highly recommend!”

“The food was super flavorful and came out fresh and hot. The spicy rice cakes had the perfect kick, the pork belly was crispy and juicy, and even the fried chicken was amazing.

The side dishes were fresh, the portions were generous, and the whole meal felt very authentic and comforting. Cozy atmosphere and friendly service too. Definitely a place I’d come back to again!”

The pizza is excellent. And I mean that. However, the beer is supper good. And the PILSNER is ~The Best ~ and I will also comment on the staff. The staff here are friendly and fun but care about service. I visited with a small group but it looked like there would not be any trouble to handle a large group.
Again, try the PILSNER. And I hope to read your review and comments. I am not sure when I am returning to Winnipeg but I am sure that when I do,.. I will be visiting this brewery again!”

“Visited KHAB Tapioca and had a good experience. We ordered two taro milk teas and one “make your own” mango drink.
The drinks were really tasty, especially the mango—it was refreshing and well-balanced. The taro milk teas were also enjoyable with a nice flavor.
Overall, a nice spot for bubble tea. Would come back again!”

“I recently went to Winnipeg from Regina, SK for a quick holiday and had the pleasure of enjoying Chane Bhutare and a Black Dal. I also ordered a Masala Tea and the server kindly gave a Besan Barfi as well. I felt like I was enjoying a home-cooked meal, so blissful and it also brought me tears of joy. I offer a heartfelt thank you to the two beautiful women whom served me and to chef/chefs whom prepared my meal. Thank you and bless you.”

“We typically go to the Clay Oven on Kenaston as a treat occasionally. We've been going there since their first location opened on Inkster and we always enjoyed it until the last time we were there. We usually order their Thali platters. This time we ordered a Lamb and Chicken Thai platter with the cumin potatoes as one of the sides. It was terrible. The potatoes were half cooked and hard with no flavor. The rice was flavorless as well. Seeing that we always enjoyed it until now we're definitely not going back again. Seeing it's kinda of expensive it's a treat for us we were sadly disappointed.”

“This is the best sushi in Winnipeg. we stumbled upon this gem about a month ago and were amazed by how delicious and reasonably priced it is. Our second visit today was even better! Absolutely everything we've sampled is delicious; from the sushi pizza, the beef tataki, the rolls, the miso.. and the Sapporo frozen beer... 5☆. On top of fabulous food is the service! A+! I can not recommend this restaurant enough. If we lived closer we would probably be in at least twice a week!”

“Great Lil' Spot to Get some Good Grub. The Beef Dip was absolutely amazing on the Foccoscia bread BUT it's too soft for the Au Jus (just falls apart in a soggy mess and hard to handle) Definitely recommend toasting the bread longer and the Pierogies less (but that's just my opinion) They're a lil' hard on the teefers and like mine just slightly fried. Garlic Parm fries were a Unique upgrade but lacking Garlic Flavor & Value. Would be amazing vs ok with a Pinch more Parm. Atmosphere was Modern,Upgraded, and CLEAN. Loved the Huge Ferns and Cafe' aesthetic. Great Service!!! Drinks always Full. Would definitely come back to try other menu items. Menu has lots to Offer.”

“Went here for dinner on a Sunday, we were the only ones there mainly because it was really cold out, they do take out and delivery orders within 3 km which is pretty good. The restaurant is small but the food was really good, the reviews didn’t lie at all. We ordered the crispy fried chicken, sizzling seafood plate, chicken egg foo yung, Cantonese fried rice, deep fried breaded shrimp and the chow mein. Both the crispy fried chicken and chow mein were just a little bit more on the saltier side but it was still really delicious ! Would come definitely come back again.”

“Food is top notch for Chinese food in the city. Didn't cheap out for ingredients. Generous portions for the price. Yeung chow fried rice is a pass. It's not bad but I've had better elsewhere. Butter chicken is good but the raw onions was not appreciated by all. Sweet and sour pork is a recommend. Not too sweet or heavy sauce. Light batter. Highlight was the Shanghai noodles. Great wok hei.

Service is typical. But not unusual for a Chinese place. Waited quite a while for food but well worth it. This place is just packed for weekend. With constant takeout orders. No walk-ins at peak times. Need a reservation. Lots of tables jammed in a fair sized dining area. Can get noisy. Parking can be a challenge in their limited lot shared in a small plaza. Highly recommend for eat in or takeaway. 4.5.”

Went with a few friends for dinner tonight and was greeted with the staff, supper friendly and kindly.
The dining area had a great atmosphere to talk with others and enjoy the scenery.
The food was the winner, order the medium platter of rolls and nigiri combo and the taste was spectacular. Every piece was careful made with precision and passion. Taste was out of this world.
