I don’t understand how this establishment has not been boycotted by this community yet,To have all local employees either fired or driven out by the new owners just so they can bring in their own family & friends to work so they can get a work visa.You have seen this all over Winnipeg already and now it’s happening in rural Manitoba.

Good food. Terrible new owners. The local teenagers have all been pushed out, hours cut until they quit then hired family on full time. If you're looking to support local there are many locally owned businesses that hire local kids. Not moving to Niverville to cheat teenagers out of work. Quality is declining. The only thing supporting them is doing is supporting their greed and desire to line their own pockets as opposed to being an inclusive local business. This is a franchise now and nothing more.

Get these Indians out of here, new owners firing all the white staff and replacing them with family who don’t know what they are doing and have no customer service skills. Today I got food and didn’t have a word said to me the whole time just order taken food given and walked to the back. Took about 10 minutes as well, fries were cold, even if the staff does talk to me I can’t understand anything because of their accents. I feel like I’m trying to order food in another country, unacceptable

I usually don’t give negative reviews but we used to go here quite a lot, because DQ is my husband’s favourite place. We no longer visit much because it’s seems to have gone down hill. I’m not sure if it’s the young staff being left on their own or what. I have been in the drive thru and watched the young men fully grab my chicken fingers with their hands (not just a pinch at the end or anything), like fully closed their hands around the strips and carry it to the box. Not sure if this is normal or if I’m over reacting but I’ve seen them do some weird things through the window. They don’t seem to care if you are watching. Which scares me for when I’m not watching. Unfortunately my food always tastes like it’s been sitting there for hours also. I hate giving this review because it used to be so good. The staff before 4-5, I find has usually been ok, but I’m working, and after 4 it really depends. A few people there seem to care, the others are just socializing.
Visited the drive thru to pick up a quick supper while staying at a friend's near by. Looking at other reviews I was a bit dubious ordering the poutine but when I got back home. There were plenty of fries and cheese curds and lots of gravy. I also ordered a chicken burger which was pretty dry which is why it's only 4 star. I did have to wait quite a long time too but I wasn't overly concerned.

Husband picked up my son a 4piece chicken strips w/fries, with large side of fries. It's a joke on the amount of fries he got with the chicken box for $11.99. Didn't even receive the large fries. Not that hard to get order correct. Very disappointed once again.Also would give a zero star if I could.
