The experience is just going downhill in my opinion. Still slow to get food. Took over 10 minutes to get food with noone in the restaurant.They don't give you ketchup bottles to use any more, packets at the table. I guess that must be cheaper. And they don't even give you a placemat, just drop off your take out style food on top of a dirty table.For the love of God, at this point, next time Il order to go, then eat inside, at least then I can have a paper bag to rest my fries...read full review
DQ niverville has great service and front line staff. Their blizzards however are not so good. They are soft, not soft enough to pour out when turned upside down quickly. But just flat. We were at DQ on Regent the other day, now theirs was perfect. We’ll mixed, soft but hard enough the ice cream stood up in the cup. Perfect. Maybe call them and get the temperature of their machine. Visited the drive thru to pick up a quick supper while staying at a friend's near by. Looking at other reviews I was a bit dubious ordering the poutine but when I got back home. There were plenty of fries and cheese curds and lots of gravy. I also ordered a chicken burger which was pretty dry which is why it's only 4 star. I did have to wait quite a long time too but I wasn't overly concerned.
