Stopped to change a blow out diaper and was pleasantly surprised with a spacious and clean restroom. Ordered a tea and was served promptly and with smiles for me and baby. Wonderful

Called ahead to get 2 take twelves ready in 20 minutes showed up to pick it up and they were not ready I waiting an extra 30 minutes for them to tell me they only had one box for the take twelve. This is not the first time this has happened where they run out of stock this is beyond’s frustrating!

Absolutely pathetic—- 15 minutes in the drive through to get a coffee—- I would have left if I could of gotten out— never going to this place again— would rather drive into the city and get better

They were out of almost anything we requested at 6:00 pm when people would be eating supper. I ended up with a wrap and the chicken had obviously been in the warmer a very long time. It took close to 15 minutes to get the other sandwich as well.

My only complaint with ANY Tim's is there's too much emphasis on the drive-through and not enough attention to counter service. It shouldn't take 10 minutes for a coffee.

We stopped going to the Tim's in Niverville. They ALWAYS screw up orders. One Saturday morning I took my kids, and they literally had a separate lineup for people that just went through the drive thru and needed to come in and get their orders fixed. It was packed with people. I had never seen anything like it. If they can't get it right, just close down already.Oh, and they have always advertised FULL MENU. But it's not the full Tim's menu. It's not even close.

This place went down hill. Foods always cold and drinks are rough. Sign of things to come in this country.

The service was very poor and the customer service was terrible. The donuts ? were like hockey pucks and stale. They had no selection, won’t be back…
Always a good cup of coffee. Breakfast sandwiches are really good.

So strange to drive thru just after 7pm and ask to
Order a bagel and be told “sorry we have already turned off our toasters ..” I asked “what time are you closed at?” They answered “8pm”. Is this Tim Hortons protocol to close you toasters an hour before closing? Bizzare! You guys are giving your branch a bad name.

Service is okay and I understand they are under staffed but store always feels dirty and messy, drive thru is full of litter and they are often out of most things. Cookies I got in the morning were rock hard and obviously old.

Why does breakfast end at 4pm? Isn't tim hortans a breakfast place?

What is going on with this establishment and training protocols? More times than not the orders are completely wrong, the staff lack customer service skills, and they have limited selection on timbits and donuts. The biggest issue is the staffing and lack of customer service and professionalism. I myself worked at a Tim Hortons for years, it is unexpectable and disappointing. The staff don't greet you, when driving to the window, I said Hello, the staff member barely made a response and had a flat effect, I paid and while putting away my debit card (without a word of warning) an arm was sticking out the window with my coffee, I recieved it and said thank you and....nothing, the window was shut. Good staff are a direct extension of good management. I would definitely consider changing these standards and practices, this Tim's needs a overhaul.
