I enjoy the food and drinks, but 3/3 times this week my coffee was given to me with the drinking tab of the lid directly on the seam, which I'm told Tims employees are trained not to do this as it causes coffee to drip while I'm trying to drink it.
I come here daily to get my latte fix. It’s not always perfect but on the regular when I go in the evening have supervisor “Shuby” serve me and he’s always super kind, friendly and great to deal with. Today he took care of me after an issue I had with my latte I picked up this am, a huge shoutout to him for the great service as always
As a tourist I would like to say that this place had a great atmosphere and one of the very great, humble and decent person I met was Mr. Zeeshan Zia the goat.
