In from Winnipeg, great staff and service. Hot dogs, homemade fries , burgers, onion rings, and grabbed a pizza for next day. Great food indoor seating also out door patio. Lots of parking.Worth the trip.
A gem off the beaten path. Huge burger, 6oz, carmelized on the grill, the bun was huge looking but light and airy and it squished down nicely to take a bite. The bun held together really well considering the huge patty and generous amount of condiments. Well worth the trip for an old fashioned hand made burger. The fries are skin on and double fried and have a nice crisp. Just go already.
Planned to come here before my work trip to Winnipeg, as I would be in town to visit the creamery this week. I like to avoid chains and try to go to mom and pops establishments. Did not disappoint. Burger was tasty and while the fries looked overcooked, they were airy and crumbly and really good as well. I looked at the large fries and was like "whos gets this". I got a kids size fries and that is like more than a mcDs supersize. Unfortunately, found out Big Al had passed...
