Planned to come here before my work trip to Winnipeg, as I would be in town to visit the creamery this week. I like to avoid chains and try to go to mom and pops establishments. Did not disappoint. Burger was tasty and while the fries looked overcooked, they were airy and crumbly and really good as well. I looked at the large fries and was like "whos gets this". I got a kids size fries and that is like more than a mcDs supersize. Unfortunately, found out Big Al had passed...
Today I finally made it out to big Al's burgers!!! They have totally lived up too the hype... I had the big Al's burger and oinon rings the flavor was amazing ? recommend this place... Big Al hats off too you big guy I will return....
My husband and I have been here a few times and have learned that we can share a burger and rings and have just enough room left over for one of their awesome homemade ice cream sandwiches. One of my top 5 go to’s in the area.
Parking: If you can’t find parking your food will be a while there is lots. The only time we had a hard time finding a spot we waited a long time for our food and not because they are slow but extremely busy.
