Full disclosure,have been there three times,first two got my burger wrong...ok fine,these things happen and i aint perfect either! third time was the charm! hand formed patties and loaded with perfectly carmelized onions, one of the best burgers ive ever eaten at a restaurant full stop.O rings are great fries are great shakes are amazing and staff very friendly!

We went to Cedar and Main Eatery for our first time, for dinner tonight. One burger was missing an item and the other burger was made wrong. My husband had the Big Momma Thang & it was missing tomatoes. He did not want to return his burger. I ordered the same burger with one change...mustard instead of ketchup. My burger was missing tomatoes, mayo and mustard, but it had ketchup on it. My burger was also cold. When I brought up the issue to the girl in the window, she argued with me & said maybe I have the wrong burger. I told her that the burgers were numbered on the order slip that was attached to the paper bag & the foil wrappers were also numbered. I chose the number that indicated no ketchup, add mustard. I also presented her with my receipt. The girl said to check the other burger but I told her that my husband would have already eaten it by now. She said she would get me some tomatoes to put on our burgers. I waited until she returned and told her I had specified no ketchup and they were to add mustard on my burger. My burger had ketchup on it, but no mustard and mayo. Also, my burger was cold. She shrugged her shoulders. I told her that I wanted another burger made, as this burger wasn't what I ordered. She reluctantly had another burger made. We had also ordered a large poutine & 2 milk shakes, plus I left a nice tip. The milk shakes were really good. By the time I got my new burger, I didn't even enjoy it, as I was so upset by the whole experience.

Had a long haircooked into my burger patty. Then the owner writes false review, Maybe instead she should get her staff to wear hairnets. Stop calling your customers liars when they telling the truth.
Not as good as all the other reviews say it is. Found out from my friends that they don’t care for the food to expensive not very healthy. Anybody giving this place 5stars is being bribed buy the owner

We stumbled upon this place earlier this year and enjoyed every minute of the ambiance and also every bite. It couldn't have been that good could it?
A second visit and no the meal was not all that great although the ambiance and staff were still great. The fries were not freshly made, possibly reheated.
A third visit, yes staff and location were still on par but our meals were not good. The burger which should be carefully crafted in which all items are meticulously proportioned to produce the best whole product was just a mish mash. Way to much in the way of toppings over powered the burger. The chili fries were not good, although the fries were freshly made this time around it didn't look like or taste like any chili I have ever had.
Wont be back for a meal again but maybe for an ice cream or milkshake this is still a nice outing to take.

This is a "buy and eat at home" place. Service is at a window. Great food but the burgers are very messy and are better eaten over a table and not in your car. We don't live in Oakbank so probably won't be back.
