The wait staff in the restaurant are prompt and professional, the food is always delicious and nicely presented, and the restaurant is decorated seasonally but isn’t too over the top. Disappointed ☹️ with experience today. 5th time we come to celebrate 5 December birthdays with our family. Had difficulty with staff to make a reservation for 17 people including 7 kids, 4 under the age of 3. Staff were unhappy; not a single smile 3 days before Christmas. What a lovely place. First of all the atmosphere is superior. Beautifully decorated. Service is amazing and the food is top notch. I didn’t have time after eating to walk around and explore so I’ll be back in the spring to do that. Lovely experience.
