Update: the manager reached out to us and has made a very fair offer to us to make it right. I look forward to updating again when we take advantage of the offer and enjoy some hot fresh pizza.
I recently placed a large pizza order for a workplace of 25 people, well in advance, expecting timely delivery and hot food. Unfortunately, the order arrived over an hour late and the pizzas were cold. When phoning to get updates on the late delivery, we were told "15 minutes" repeatedly. We would have picked up the pizzas ourselves if we had known it would be so late. To make matters worse, the manager refused to speak with me or return my calls. This experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Our workplace won't be ordering from here again.

As a staff we ordered for 25 people. Were promised delivery at a specific 15 minute window. All good. Order showed up over an hour late. In trying to speak with the owner/manager, they refuse to speak to us. I would certainly stay away from this place. I will update the review if the manager decides to be a manager and talk to me.

Delivered said 45-60 minutes but it came in 25 which was kinda inconvenient as I was ball deep in my wife at the time

72 dollars for 3 mediums. Yes i missed any and all available deals i'm sure but wow. 24 dollars per mediocre medium sized circle of dough and flavorless toppings is appalling. Good crust and service though. Poor everything else. Oct 12/2024

bought 2 pizzas on wednesday both were dry and over cooked. peperoini dry and hawiian no taste... very diapointed certainly not the best we had from there

They dump garbage in the back lane and clean their greasy pans and racks in the back lane. They don't seem to care about Oakbank or their neighbours. Very disgusting.

The pizza is good but I have ordered pepperoni lovers three times, and maybe see 3 pieces of pepperoni on a slice, why am I paying more and not getting more toppings?
