Stopped at this location to have a coffee and grab something to eat... I would love to tell you that I had a great experience. I would love to tell you that Tim Horton's is holding true to its values and reliability. I would love to tell you they have impeccable customer service..

The truth, we didnt even get served. We stood out front for 15 mins. The guy in the back even seen me, I know cause we made eye contact. No one came to the front, they stayed in the back having a conversation. I have no idea what they were talking about as I couldn't understand them. So very disappointing. I'll take my money somewhere else.

Just got a French Vanilla coffee from the drive thru and it tasted like watery coffee with no French Vanilla taste at all. Guess this is another thing I will not order from the Oakbank location.

Yes, Tim Hortons, unfortunately, has gone downhill drastically in the last couple of years. All I can say is support your locals. its no longer a canadian companie in my eyes.

Went in to get a take 12 coffee pack, and the staff were so polite and friendly. They got my coffee delivered in like 3 minutes. Very hard working people and well organized at this location.

Just stopped by to buy donuts at the store and wanted 9 Boston creams but they only have 6 left. And harman asked to wait for 5-7 minutes and within few minutes he gave me fresh donuts. I am so happy with visit.
