I love going there. It's really clean and friendly environment. I enjoy dining there. The new Supreme stack is good.

The last one visit was very disappointed. Waiting time was very long, the floor wasn’t mopped

Just picked up breakfast for 9 people-camping on this cold long weekend and picking up breakfast was easier than trying to cook with frozen fingers! Nine mains, nine sides, nine drinks-served super fast and all correct when I rechecked in the car! Was not expecting to be served so quickly! The staff at Tim Hortons were absolute rock stars this morning! Thankyou!

For a week straight, I ordered either a cookie , muffin or donut and a hot or cold coffee, and every single day every single item was wrong or smushed with the fingerprints of the staff working. The quality of the food and service is terrible at this location, I will not be returning.

I’ve consistently had great experiences at this Tim Hortons thanks to the wonderful team working here. The staff are always courteous, efficient, and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere with every visit. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing excellent customer service. Their teamwork and positive attitude truly stand out. Keep up the fantastic work!

I live in oakbank area. I will drive to the city rather than order in oakbank ever again. Not like it used to be. The coffee is never hot. I ordered 3 americano coffees today. I had to drive to headmaster location and had them remake all the coffees. They were bitter and warm. This is not just one incident. I go back and try again and everytime it is getting worse. You guys have to up your game if you want to survive in a bedroom community. As well the baked goods are always inconsistent in size and alot of times they look like sitting for ages wonder if they serve food past time they are supposed to. As other Tim’s put their items up on to good to go. People have to start speaking up for quality even if it’s just a beverage. It’s everything at this Tim’s from cleanliness to substandard food and beverages. I have being enjoying my Americano coffee for 20 minutes that was remade at the headmaster location and its still hot. I will go to deacons or headmaster location to enjoy anything off Tim’s menu. Stop being substandard in all ways …especially word gets Around in smaller towns and by thinking you will cut corners now will not benefit you for future sales. Shame on you Oakbank Tim Hortons.

Slow slow slow service inside. More importantly the place was extremely dirty, took my coffee to go as did not want to sit at any of the tables they were all unwashed. Glass doors filthy, I felt the need to go to my car and use my hand sanitizer before I sat down on the town bench to enjoy my drink.
That being said my coffee was hot and made correctly (Tim’s coffee is the best !!!)

Bad experience. Had my sister pick me up a Boston cream and all of the chocolate was stuck to the bag, at first I thought it was fine it’ll just come off with no chocolate loss but, when I started pulling the doughnut from the bag it didn’t come off so pulled a bit harder and it started to come off but I had noticed half way through pulling it out the doughnut had been ripping in half, but it was to late and the doughnut was out of the bag completely in half with the chocolate half just sitting in the bag menacingly taunting me and the custard was just dripping out. Love the place though

You only get the correct order 3/4 of the time, makes it fun and surprising to see what you get. No garbage cans in drive through, great way to promote keeping our community clean.

I went to the drive thru yesterday for an ice capp, there was 1 customer in front of me, I waited 10 minutes because he ordered a pizza, they could have asked him to pull up as there were 8 vehicles behind us. If I had ordered a pizza, these vehicles would have had to wait 20 minutes, if the person behind me ordered a pizza as well, the vehicles behind him would have been in the lineup for 30 minutes. These pizzas should be ordered inside as to make everyone wait for 10 minutes for 1 order is just ridiculous. By the time is got to the window my ice capp was pre-made and half melted when they gave it to me, there were also other ice capps waiting on the counter for the next customers. When I've gone inside to order, I get ignored as everyone is focused on the drive thru or just standing around talking. I won't be going to this restaurant anymore. The service sucks!!!

Staff ignored me for several minutes at the counter while they focussed on the drive thru exclusively. Then I arrived at a table to discover it had not been cleaned.

The staff give incorrect change so often to the point that it has to be on purpose.I'll get my normal XL coffee with 2 cream for $2.65 and pay with a $5 bill and receive $2.25 in change almost everytime. I know it's only $0.10 stolen but it's ridiculous how often it occurs.I don't think the staff are trying to skim off every cash purchase for themselves, their just too lazy to grab the correct change. On small purchases (like coffee) I like to use cash to save businesses the debit/credit surcharge since that eats a large portion of the profits on small purchases. It feels like I'm getting punished by being overcharged when I go out of my way to try and save this company some money on transaction fees.If your employees are too lazy to count the change and grab the additional coin, then use automatic change dispensers like Subway does and implement it in your drive thrus to eliminate this issue.
