Delivered to wrong location. Driver left food without confirming they were at the right spot.

Waited for 1.5 hrs to place order for delivery on Valentines day. Was finally told it would be another hour to order for pick up or delivery. Didn't they plan for this busy day. After 3 calls it was time to give up and try somewhere else.
Look at this Maple Bacon burger and tell me you don't want to eat it. You can't.
We came for a late lunch after a tournament. Made a reso for our whole team and their families and they ended up all bailing so our reso of 50 turned into a 6.
Felt horrible. Service was fast and they were forgiving. Sorry again BP Portage 😫. We will make it up to you next time we are here!
Great customer service, good vibes. Always have been promptly served when seated.The bartender Aidan makes the best ceaser in town.
Made a reservation for 11 people for a 60th birthday family supper specifically requested corner table. When we arrived, there was a reservation for a group of 40 in the area we had reserved and our reservation was no where to be found. We were offered two separate booths in the lounge (had small children and wanted to sit as a group) and when we said that did not work the manager said we offered them something so that is all we can do. Very disappointed in the attitude of the management but luckily Mr. Mikes across the road was quick to accommodate us on very short notice. Maybe they should consider an electronic reservation system or giving confirmation numbers.
Always a nice time going to Boston Pizza. The food is always good. The atmosphere is such a vibe. And the waitresses and staff are so nice. The service is good, but could be a little more better!
VLTs always pay me something too ^^

Ask what time the restaurant closes on Friday because I went at 10:30 pm at night and it was closed.
I've only ever been here for drinks. Service is great. Waitresses are kind of quick. Only complaint is you guys are always out of Rickards Red.
